WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
The watch may be returned for a refund no later than 24 hours after the registered delivery confirmation from the carrier or receipt date if a face to face transaction. Customer will pay for return shipping and handling.
The return and refund will only be accepted and processed if the watch is returned in the same condition as it was purchased. The watch must not have been worn. If applicable, the factory stickers, hangtags and original collateral must be intact and undamaged to accept the return. Before processing any refund, the watch will be inspected by a certified watch specialist for a determination.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?
All watches are insured before they leave the door and are sent via ground carrier. Ground shipments are free when delivered to the United States. International shipments will have a $150 flat rate. Customs and local duties are paid by the customer.
Please allow on average 7-14 business days for your shipment to arrive at your door. Sometimes our deliveries will require a signature.

All shipments must have a valid residential or commerical address. Most carriers will not deliver to a PO Box, APO and FPO address.
ARE ALL THE WATCHES BRAND NEW?
Yes. All of our watches are brand new or new/unworn.
ARE YOUR WATCHES AUTHENTIC?
Yes. All our watches are purchased directly from an authorized dealer or a industry leading wholesaler/distributor. With that said, we take the extra step to do our own in house quality control via a certified watch specialist.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
Yes. New watches that are not covered by the existing manufacture warranty will receive a one year IWL Jewelry Shop warranty.
The IWL Jewelry Shop warranty only covers the internal workings of the watch.
Our warranty does not cover the following:
Damages from daily wear and tear
External damages from dropping or banging
User Neglect (i.e.- not properly screwing down the watch crown and submerging it underwater
Any watch serviced by a third party will void the IWL Jewelry Shop warranty.
